No, you can leave your parcel in a secure, accessible location such as your front door, mailbox, or back porch. Just indicate this when booking, and the courier will pick it up even if you’re not home.

What kind of packaging should I use?

While professional courier bags aren’t necessary, ensure your item is securely packaged to prevent damage. Sturdy materials like old cardboard boxes, shoe boxes, or durable envelopes work well. Avoid using flimsy wrapping like supermarket bags or newspaper.

Can the courier pick up my parcel from a different address?

Yes, you can choose a different pickup location when booking, such as your workplace or a friend’s house. Be sure to include any necessary details about the pickup spot.

How do I estimate shipping costs before booking the courier?

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?

To change or cancel your booking, just click cancel. As long as there is no courier scan (pickup scan) we can refund you

What should I do if I miss a pickup or need to reschedule?

If there’s an issue with pickup, just contact us on our online chat. Use the contact information provided with your booking and give us your tracking number for support.

Does you price include everything?

Yes we will give you a price including GST, fuel and any regional surcharges. What you see is what you pay

Is my parcel covered by insurance?

In the most case yes up to $1500, we don’t cover glass breakages, one off art work. On a successful claim we will pay out based on proof of purchase (your cost price). This is all covered by the conditions of carriage
